Ticket Related

Credit and debit cards are accepted. Cash will also be accepted at the box office, bars and assorted merchants.

Upgrades may be available if the higher pass tier is not already sold out. Use your ticket email confirmation and contact TIXR ticketing support for options. You will also be able to upgrade on-site, at the box office.

You MUST be 21+ to enter and enjoy certain areas and perks. You may make an exchange for a GA ticket via ticketing support (see confirmation email) or in person at the box office. No refunds will be issued, all sales are final.

You should receive an official ticket confirmation email within moments of purchase. If you do not (be sure to check your junk or spam folder), otherwise contact TIXR ticketing support.

Your card should be charged within two (2) business days. Please contact TIXR ticketing support for related issues.

There are NO refunds & all sales are final. Event terms are rain or shine. If your event is canceled, we will refund the amount you paid for your tickets using the same payment method used for purchase. If your event is postponed, we will contact you with the new date and time.

The best way to avoid ticket fraud is to buy directly from our ticketing service. If you buy resale tickets, we advise you to get them only from trusted friends. DO NOT purchase from scalpers. If you arrive at the venue with an illegitimate ticket, you will be turned away, and no refund will be provided.

Your safety is our #1 priority. Attendees are subject to bag inspections and security screening as they enter our the event.

Professional photographers MUST obtain a press/media pass by filling out the form on our contact page. Please do not email your request. Press/media passes are not required for standard cameras that do not have detachable lenses or handheld video devices under 6″. Professional video cameras are not permitted.

Do not hang posters or hand out flyers inside the event, venue or in the surrounding neighborhood. Anyone violating this policy will be banned from entering and promoting at our events.

Our event is an all ages, 16 & under must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian.

ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF ID
• Any Valid US government-issued driver’s license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth
• Valid US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth
• Valid Foreign government-issued driver’s license/ID with color photocopy of passport (Not valid for 21+ wristband). To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical valid passport or US ID will be required.)
• Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license—ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license

Security will accept expired ID cards ONLY if accompanied by DMV renewal documentation. If your ID was lost or stolen, you must bring a government-issued interim license or passport.

Consular IDs are not considered acceptable identification. A valid foreign government-issued driver’s licenses are acceptable with a photocopy of a passport. A valid foreign government-issued passport will work on its own.
